Our greatest influence with those who don’t know the Savior is often through our worklives. His Church at Work is dedicated to help churches empower and equip their members to live out their faith, where most members spend a majority of their time each week!

Celebrate with us the transformed lives and the growth God has brought about through HCAW in 2005. We've experienced growth of over 100% this past year in the number of churches trained.

1.5 MILLION WORK ASSOCIATES INFLUENCED
We are excited that through HCAW and partner churches over 60,000 workplace missionaries have been deployed to reach over 1.5 million work associates each week.

One of those church members shares:

A group of workers in our City has begun a weekly prayer time in response to our church worklife ministry. They have been challenged to "inject God" into their work life and are praying for direction on specific ways to do that at their company.

Countless stories are being shared about how believers are being equipped and commissioned to live out their faith at work. But there is much to do to ignite more churches to implement an intentional WorkLife Discipleship and Outreach Ministry.

MOBILIZING GOD'S FAITHFUL IN THE WORKPLACE
God is moving in the work lives of his people and we invite you to join God through HCAW to mobilize more churches. Local churches are God’s "Aircraft Carriers" because, like their naval counterparts, the church equips and launches God’s people out into enemy territory. HCAW is in the “Aircraft Carrier construction business".

HCAW serves churches through a 5-phase process to plan, train, build, launch and expand a comprehensive customized WorkLife ministry with each church. This includes an intensive training and development process called WorkLife University, branded WorkLife Discipleship tools and techniques, and on-going coaching for the entire process as well as the WorkLife ministry launch in the church.

Once the WorkLife ministry is launched, HCAW provides ongoing support resources, content, coaching, tools, and best practice mentoring to enhance and sustain the WorkLife ministry as it is integrated into the “DNA” of the church’s ministry plan over time.

THOUSANDS MORE TO BE DEPLOYED IN 2006!
In 2005, HCAW and partner churches saw over 60,000 workplace missionaries trained and deployed to reach over 1.5 million work associates each week. Our goal for 2006 is to more than double that realm of influence!

His Church at Work is on the cutting edge of helping the local church make a difference in the workplace by making a difference in the work-lives of their members. For too long the church has been docile in equipping and empowering followers of Christ to integrate their faith at work, basically because we did not know how. HCAW is the major tool God is using to help the church launch effective worklife discipleship and evangelism.

Countless stories are being shared about how believers are being equipped and commissioned to live out their faith at work. In churches that practiced a HCAW WorkLife model, members experienced a:

• 58% increase in overall satisfaction with their church.
• 168% increase in satisfaction with the church equipping.
• Significant increase in job satisfaction and commitment as they experienced their work as part of God's Kingdom.

But there is much to do to ignite more churches to implement an intentional WorkLife Discipleship and Outreach Ministry.
